Looking back on my upbringing, I never imagined how profoundly functional medicine would impact my life. Beyond my own personal health journey, discovering this field has been transformative, and has reshaped my approach to health and wellness in ways I never anticipated. From understanding the body's complexities to embracing holistic well-being, functional medicine has become the cornerstone of my journey toward vitality and empowerment. When traditional medicine has failed to give me answers, the “root- cause” approach of functional medicine has always been able to provide not only me, but the ones I hold closest to my heart, with the tools and answers we needed.

I started my career with Ortho Molecular Products in 2022, and I serve as the Account Executive for the Western Ontario Territory. After having completed my Honours BSc from the University of Waterloo, it became evident to me that my passion lay in establishing a supportive community for fellow practitioners in the KW region. My goal is to foster in-person gatherings where like-minded individuals can engage in enriching conversations and share insights. I am committed to helping health care providers excel both professionally and personally. My vision is that we can all come together as a community to support one another, and to help transform the practice of medicine.

As a branch of the Functional Forum, our community provides a space for functional integrative healthcare professionals from all disciplines to thrive and catalyze the transformation of medicine.
